Thomas E. Keegan has published The Hockey Guides annually since 1990. He has been involved in hockey for over thirty-five years and has worked with thousands of prospective college and prep school hockey players and their families as an advisor, counselor or consultant. He additionally advises USA Hockey and other hockey organizations throughout the United States and Canada. A charter member of the American Collegiate Hockey Association Hall of Fame, Keegan was a founder of the ACHA and served as Executive Director for four terms.
